Andrew Kossowski (BSc, MSc) is a U.S. Air Force veteran with a distinguished background in military, manufacturing, and global corporate leadership. He began his career in the USAF specializing in aircraft manufacturing, where he developed a deep foundation in precision, discipline, and operational excellence. He later transitioned into senior executive roles, including Chief Information Officer for Airtel Africa and Vice President of Operations for Ericsson in Latin America and the Caribbean, leading large, complex organizations through periods of growth and transformation. Today, Andrew is the proud owner of Veterans Metal in Largo, Florida, where he combines his passion for American manufacturing with his extensive leadership experience. In recognition of his impact on the finishing industry, workforce development, he was named Industry Champion by Products Finishing Magazine.
